FISH&CO sources its fish from Oman's unpolluted coasts, and from reputable wholesales from Europe and southeast Asia for fish that are not found in Oman. A number of FISH&CO products are Omani product certified.

Working with Al Marsa Fisheries, FISH&CO sells fish from Oman and eco-certified by Friend of the Sea. These include species such as;
