FISH&CO offers fresh and frozen seafood for supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants including whole, fillets, steaks, loins, and a variety of other popular cuts. After fresh fish is caught, it is delivered in refrigerated trucks for cleaning, processing, and cutting. If designated to be frozen, fish is blast frozen at -40°C within 24 hours of its catch to preserve as much freshness and quality as possible.

Not all products can be sourced locally. FISH&CO can import fish for local buyers. Again, FISH&CO prefers sources who have sustainable fishing considerations. Also, we can export fish based on the buyer's requirements; however, FISH&CO encourages buyers to seek products from their local environment first.
